Why drink green juice?

Green juices are the best medicine we can give our bodies, and are  beneficial for those who have digestive system issues. Juice is easily absorbed as juicing breaks down the cell walls of fruits and vegetables so that they are pre-digested already. This means that all the wonderful vitamins and minerals are flowing directly into your system. Green juicing ensures your getting enough nutrient intake, or it is largely increased. We wont really sit and eat a couple bunches of kale and spinach for breakfast along with a whole lemon and cucumber. Juicing is a great and easy way to get all those nutrients in, and takes the strain off the digestive system .Green juice also oxygenates the body because of the the absorbable chlorophyll found in greens, and that enables us to release stored toxins in the body. Chlorophyll along with the magnesium in green juice soothes and calms the nervous system and helps reduce stress in the body.

When our bodies are acidic the red blood cells clump together and oxygen cannot get to all the cells. Juicing alkalizes the blood so that the red blood cells flow freely once again and deliver oxygen to every cell in your body. When your body is filled with oxygen your mind is clear and you feel energized. There are many juice recipes out there but the best is to just play with all the delish ingredients and see what makes your taste buds tingle. Here is my juice I make every morning, I try change it up and sometimes go for a lighter juice by taking out the dark greens, go with how you feel and enjoy.
